1)   Defective or damaged items: We try to provide best quality but in case if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or return and provide a refund to your original payment method, or you can opt for refund to your Ucchal Paylet account as per your preference.

2)  Incorrect items: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in returning the item and provide an exchange for the correct item. You can opt for refund to your Ucchal Paylet account or refund to your original payment method as per your preference.

 

3)   Non-delivery: In the rare event that your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please reach out to us. We will investigate the issue and provide appropriate solutions, which may include a refund. But if you do choose to return the product for any reason apart from an inadvertent mistake from our side, Ucchal Fashion is not responsible and the refund will be processed in the form of an Ucchal Paylet Credit only which shall be redeemable during your next purchase with Ucchal Fashion.

·       In case you had opted for Free Stitching or Free Shipping scheme while ordering the item under question, the Cost of Shipping and Stitching will be deducted from the refund amount. 

·       If there was a Delay due to God’s or the Government’s Intervention, there are times when the delivery of the goods is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamity, public holiday, etc. In such a case Ucchal Fashion shall not refund, return or exchange any order on request.

·       In case you realise that you might have made an error while ordering or providing measurements, we would ask you to bear the additional charges of shipping and stitching, and in very rare cases cost of replacement of fabric, if any.

 

Cancellation Policy:

At Ucchal Fashion, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. We have a cancellation policy in place to accommodate such situations. Please review our cancellation policy below:


Cancellation Timeframe: You may cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of placing the order and can receive the refund as per your preference. But after the 24 hours window has elapsed, we may have already processed or shipped your order so it would be difficult to cancel, but after analysing the reason for cancelation we would issue 100% refund to your Ucchal Paylet Account.


How to Request a cancellation: To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, providing the necessary details, including your order number and reason for cancellation. Our team will assess the status of your order and confirm if it is still eligible for cancellation. When it is eligible for cancellation, we would issue the refund only to your Ucchal paylet account. You can use it for your future purchase with Ucchal fashion.


Refund for Cancelled Orders: If your order is successfully cancelled within the specified timeframe, we will provide a full refund to your Ucchal Paylet account in all circumstances. We would issue full refund to your original payment method used during the order in following circumstances as per preference:

·       Defective items received and applied for refund within 7 days.

·       Incorrect items received and applied for refund within 7 days.

·       Item not received and applied for refund within 7days.


Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on the policies of your bank or payment provider.

4)   Exclusions: In some cases, for certain items or orders may not be eligible for cancellation due to factors such as personalized or made-to-order items, expedited shipping, or items already shipped or in transit. Please contact our customer support team for further clarification.
